Easy Flatbreads

💥Flat bread brunch!💥
Following a recent cooking club session with the kids where we had fun making garlic butter flat breads, I thought we’d shake up Sunday breakfast today and instead of pancakes make these easy flat breads instead. Kids love dough!
👩‍🍳
See below for method/step-by-step but we really recommend these quick yet fluffy and very moreish flat breads for lunch, lunchbox additions or a wrap style sandwich.. Plus there’s no waiting around for proving, it’s all done within 25mins 👌
You need:
175g Self Raising Flour (we mixed wholemeal with plain)
0.5 tsp baking powder
Pinch of salt
1 tsp black onion seeds
175 yoghurt
Mix it all together, turn onto a floured worktop and knead to bring it together. Cut into halves and halves again until you end up with 8 blobs..
Roll each one flat, heat up a frying pan until it’s almost smoking and toast each side for 1-2 mins. Use a little oil to coat the pan!
🍳
Delicious with eggs and avocado but we reckon they’d be tasty filled with falafels and hummous, chicken and salad or spread with a garlic butter like we made in the club!
